    How to Upgrade

    Log in to your CCTVplanner account

    Go to Dashboard and click your account settings

    Select the "Subscription" section

    Choose your plan and complete the payment via Stripe

    Your account is upgraded immediately — new features are available right away

    Billing & Cancellation

    • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually (annual plans save ~20%)
    • You can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the billing period
    • After cancellation, projects are preserved but read-only if over free plan limits
    • Payments are processed securely via Stripe
