This is the planner's live camera preview, left running through a whole day. The sun follows the date and the hour, dusk falls on its own, and after dark the street is lit by the luminaires placed in the project while the camera adjusts its exposure the way a real one does. You see the night image before anyone climbs a ladder.
The billboard artwork, the TKTS steps and the paving were added for this clip; the buildings, streets, traffic and lighting are the planner's own.
