Is there a free plan?
Yes! Every user gets a free plan with up to 6 cameras per project and 2 saved projects. No credit card required. Upgrade anytime for unlimited access.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade from monthly to yearly (or vice versa) anytime. Billing changes will be applied proportionally.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Can I export my projects?
Yes! All plans include PDF export. Free plan exports include a watermark. All paid plans get clean, high-resolution PDFs with no watermark — Business and above add your own branding.
Are there team discounts?
Yes. Enterprise Duo is Enterprise for two people at €49.00/month: two full seats, your own domain and single sign-on, with up to 5 more people at €19.00/month each. Studio (€19.00/month) gives one person the 3D site view, a white-label client portal and 3 view-only invites; a colleague who needs to edit takes an editor seat at €9.00/month, up to 10. Enterprise (€150.00/month) covers the owner plus 10 full seats, with more from €9.00/month. Business (€10.00/month) supports a duo: you plus one more Business account.
What is the difference between the yearly plan and the one-time licence?
The features are the same: both give you the plan for 12 months. The yearly subscription is paid by card, costs less and renews each year until you cancel. You can cancel it right after paying and still keep the full 12 months. The one-time licence costs a little more, is paid once with no card kept on file and never renews. It can be paid with the local and bank payment methods Stripe offers in your country, which suits companies that cannot keep a card on file. It is available on selected plans. It is not a lifetime licence: after 12 months access ends, and you can buy a new licence or switch to a subscription.
