What we see, and where our visibility ends
Measured on our own database, not estimated. We would rather you knew the limits before you paid than discovered them on a tender you missed.
What we do not see
- About half of Polish contract notices keep their documents on the buyer's own platform instead of releasing them through an API (17 of 30 checked). We give you the link and the file list wherever the platform exposes them.
- platformazakupowa.pl requires an account to open the procedure page. We provide the link, you sign in yourself.
- Below national thresholds a large share of contracts is never published in any public register, so it is invisible to us and to every other radar.
- Some markets publish very little. Malta's entire open data export since 2023 holds 51 records, and no tool turns that into more.
- A source still backfilling its history does not show today's notices yet. The source list marks which ones are catching up.
